Chief Executive Officer Stephen G. Welch. Before retiring from AT&T in 2005, Steve spent 16 years as chief procurement officer for SBC (Ameritech, SW Bell, PacTel, and SNET). While there, he was also Senior EVP, Marketing and External Affairs responsible for key corporate strategy deployment for sales operation effectiveness, access line retention, customer service, and municipal affairs. After AT&T Steve was SVP of business development for ASSIA, Inc., the world’s leader in dynamic spectrum management software for the telecom market. He was also on the Executive Advisory Board for Telmar Network Technology, Accenture’s Executive Advisory Board for procurement solutions and the Board of QuEST Forum (which he helped establish in 1998).
Chief Operating Officer Yno Gonzalez. Prior to 21CT, Yno was an Executive Officer at AT&T in a career that spanned 30 years where he last served as SVP - Network Operations Transformation. Yno also previously served as President of SBC Long Distance, launching SBC's successful entry into Long Distance. Yno has been a member of the Executive Advisory Boards at Telmar Network Technology, Inc. and WesTower.
General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer Stephen McKenna. Prior to 21CT Stephen was SVP and GC of WesTower Communications, Inc. until it was sold to Mastec, Inc. Prior to WesTower Stephen was VP, Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel at Cambium Networks and General Counsel at Telmar Network Technology. Stephen is also a member of Chicago area angel investing group Hyde Park Angels.
